Wissam’s path
Wissam El Khatib Elneser is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in Management, Business Development, and Sales across diverse industries. He has held senior management roles with multinational corporations and local family businesses in the Middle East, with a special focus on the Gulf countries, specifically Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.
Previously, Wissam held the position of Country Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, one of the top 5 Global Consulting Firms. He also served as the General Manager at SICE (Part of ACS Group – Spain) and DBI Services (A U.S.-based Infrastructure Maintenance Company). Additionally, he was the Business Development Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Polypipe Middle East FZE, where he successfully implemented Sales and Business Development Strategies across KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Lebanon.
Wissam is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pan Arabia Trading & Contracting Company, a partnership based in Lebanon and Bahrain, focusing on stormwater management and rainwater utilization systems along with hot and cold-water piping systems.
Wissam’s passion for helping individuals and organizations grow has led him to the Coaching and Training industry, where he founded Grupo Aguila SAS. He currently serves as a Holistic Life, Career, Business, and Executive Coach, following the ICF standards as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and as a Soft Skills Trainer, following the teachings of John C. Maxwell as an MLCT (Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member) and as a Maxwell Leadership DISC Behavioral Certified Consultant. He also offers Business Development Consulting services to assist businesses in penetrating new markets.

Wissam holds a BSc Degree in Business Marketing and Psychology from the Lebanese American University. He is also a graduate of Goal Imagery Institute, an ICF-accredited academy, holding a certificate as a Certified Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach. He is a proud member of The International Coach Federation (ICF), certified as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and the John Maxwell Team (JMT), now Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (MLCT). Wissam also holds a certification from MLCT as a DISC Behavioral Consultant.
Wissam is a Lebanese Colombian and is fluent in three languages: Arabic, English, and Spanish. He is also
a devoted father to two wonderful children
